Here is a recent front door refinish. This was originally done in Alder (@5yrs ago)- and as it faces the west has had a lot of wear. I took tried to take a lot of pics to show the process of a refinish.

The "stripping" process
For the most part the door is stripped
After staining, dying, and glazing door, the final finish will go on. We use only the highest quality exterior finish for all front doors.

Brett recently did the finish work on a beautiful custom home in Las Vegas. Here are some pics of the wood- a clear alder. At the time Brett was on location, the house was not yet 100% completed - so it may look like a construction site. The last two pics are of the adjoining "casita"- with some cabinets and a kitchenette.
